Job summary

Virtual Connect Solutions in Madrid is seeking a senior data science/ML professional to translate business challenges into analytical and AI-driven solutions. You will design, train, and evaluate ML, DL, and Generative AI models, and deploy them via APIs and cloud pipelines.

Collaborating with data engineers, software engineers, product managers, and designers, you will optimize inference performance, monitor drift, and ensure responsible AI with explainability.

Qualifications

• Advanced degree or equivalent practical experience in AI/ML domains.
• Strong programming in Python and SQL with hands-on ML deployment.
• Experience building predictive, classification, and optimization models.

Responsibilities

• Partner with clients to translate challenges into AI-driven solutions.
• Conduct EDA to uncover insights and opportunities.
• Design, train, and evaluate ML, DL, and Generative AI models.
• Develop RAG pipelines and LLM-based applications.
• Define evaluation frameworks and monitor model drift and performance.
