Job summary

Omega CRM is seeking an experienced Senior Full Stack Developer to join a globally distributed engineering team in a fully remote role. You will design, develop, and deploy robust web applications across the entire technology stack, embracing clean code, best practices, and asynchronous collaboration.

You will work with a talented crew of engineers, product managers, and designers to deliver exceptional user experiences.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional experience in full-stack web development.
• Proficiency in at least one modern front-end framework (React/Angular/Vue).
• Strong experience with back-end languages and frameworks (Node.js/Python/Java).
• Solid understanding of SQL and NoSQL databases (e.g., PostgreSQL, MongoDB).
• Experience with cloud platforms and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
• Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and Git workflows.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills; remote work capable.
• Based in Spain or eligible to work remotely from Spain.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, deploy, and maintain web applications across the full stack.
• Front-end development with React/Angular/Vue and back-end services with Node.js/Python/Java.
• Build and consume RESTful APIs and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Write clean, maintainable code and participate in code reviews.
• Mentor junior developers and contribute to architectural decisions.
• Ensure performance, scalability, and security of applications.
