Omega CRM, a Dentsu Company, is seeking a Senior Full Stack Developer for a fully remote role. You will design, develop, and deploy robust web applications across the full stack while collaborating with a global engineering team.

The ideal candidate brings 5+ years of full-stack experience, strong React/Angular/Vue.js and Node.js/Python/Java proficiency, and a track record of scalable, secure software. Remote-first culture emphasizes asynchronous collaboration and self-management.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional experience in full-stack web development.
• Proficiency in at least one modern front-end framework (React, Angular, Vue.js).
• Strong experience with back-end languages and frameworks (Node.js/Express, Python/Django/Flask, Java/Spring).
• Solid understanding of SQL and NoSQL databases.
• Experience with cloud platforms and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
• Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and version control (Git).
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Strong communication in a remote, asynchronous environment.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Based in Spain.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, deploy, and maintain web applications using modern technologies.
• Work on both front-end (React/Angular/Vue.js) and back-end (Node.js/Python/Java) development.
• Build and consume RESTful APIs.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define software requirements and features.
• Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code following best practices.
• Participate in code reviews to ensure code quality and share knowledge.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and upgrade existing systems.
• Contribute to architectural decisions and technical roadmap planning.
• Mentor junior developers and foster a culture of technical excellence.
• Optimize applications for maximum speed, scalability, and security.
• Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and industry trends.
• Participate actively in an Agile development environment.
