Omega Crm, A Dentsu Company is seeking a Senior Full Stack Developer to join a globally distributed engineering team. This fully remote role involves designing, building, and deploying robust web applications across the full stack.

You will collaborate with engineers, product managers, and designers to deliver exceptional user experiences in a remote-first culture. The ideal candidate has 5+ years of full-stack experience, proficiency with modern front-end frameworks, and strong back-end skills

Qualifications

5+ years of professional experience in full-stack web development.
Proficiency with at least one modern front-end framework (React/Angular/Vue).
Experience with back-end languages such as Node.js, Python, Java, or Ruby.

Responsibilities

Design, develop, test, deploy, and maintain web applications.
Work on front-end and back-end development.
Build and consume RESTful APIs.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define software requirements and features.
Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code.
Participate in code reviews and knowledge sharing.
Troubleshoot, debug, and upgrade existing systems.
Contribute to architectural decisions and technical roadmap planning.
Mentor junior developers and foster technical excellence.
Optimize applications for speed, scalability, and security.
Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and trends.
Participate in an Agile development environment.
