En E-Frontiers en Madrid buscamos un Senior Agentic AI Engineer para dar forma y escalar capacidades de IA en un entorno tecnológico internacional. Este puesto combina ingeniería práctica, IA agente, arquitectura de software y liderazgo técnico.

Trabajarás en sistemas de IA listos para producción y ayudarás a definir cómo se integra IA en los flujos de desarrollo, asegurando soluciones escalables, seguras, observables y medibles.

Formación

• 5+ años de experiencia en ingeniería de software y sistemas distribuidos.
• Experiencia en microservicios y arquitecturas impulsadas por eventos.
• Dominio de Java, Python, JavaScript o Kotlin.
• Experiencia práctica integrando LLMs (Azure OpenAI/OpenAI/Bedrock).
• Conocimiento de RAG, embeddings y vectores.
• Experiencia con Docker, Kubernetes, Terraform y CI/CD.
• Liderazgo técnico comprobado.
• Conocimientos de seguridad de IA, privacidad y optimización de costos.
• Experiencia en retail/e‑commerce o plataformas de alto alcance.

Responsabilidades

• Liderar la arquitectura y entrega de sistemas IA y agentic.
• Diseñar arquitecturas agentic productivas con planificación, memoria y seguridad.
• Impulsar iniciativas de SDLC AI en codificación, pruebas y liberación.
• Construir capas de capacidad MCP reutilizables para adopción de IA.
• Gestionar el contexto de ingeniería, grounding, retrieval memory y evaluación.
• Diseñar observabilidad, gobernanza y guardrails para LLMs.
• Trabajar con ingeniería, producto, plataforma, seguridad y datos.
• Actuar como líder técnico para iniciativas IA complejas.

About the Opportunity We are looking for a Senior Agentic AI Engineer to help shape and scale AI-powered engineering capabilities within an international technology environment. This role combines hands‑on engineering, agentic AI, software architecture and technical leadership . You’ll work on production-ready AI systems and help define how AI is embedded into engineering workflows, while ensuring solutions are scalable, secure, observable and measurable. If you’re an experienced software engineer who has moved deeply into Agentic AI and LLM-powered systems and enjoys solving complex technical challenges, this is an opportunity to have a real impact.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Lead the architecture and delivery of AI and agentic systems across engineering and commerce platforms.
• Design production-ready agentic architectures, including planning, memory, recovery and safety mechanisms .
• Drive AI-powered SDLC initiatives across coding, testing, code review and release processes.
• Build reusable MCP-based capability layers to enable AI adoption across engineering teams.
• Own context engineering , including grounding, retrieval, memory and evaluation.
• Design observability, governance and guardrails for production LLM integrations.
• Work closely with engineering, product, platform, security and data teams.
• Act as a technical lead for complex AI initiatives and key architectural decisions.

What We’re Looking For

• 5+ years of software engineering experience , ideally working with distributed systems.
• Strong experience with microservices and event-driven architectures .
• Strong programming experience with Java, Python, JavaScript or Kotlin .
• Hands‑on production experience integrating LLMs such as Azure OpenAI, OpenAI or Amazon Bedrock.
• Strong understanding of RAG, embeddings, information retrieval and vector databases .
• Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, Terraform and CI/CD .
• Proven experience providing technical leadership across teams.
• Strong understanding of how to take AI solutions from experimentation into reliable production systems.
• Nice to Have Experience with LangChain, LlamaIndex, AutoGen, CrewAI or Semantic Kernel.
• Experience with experimentation or feature-flag platforms.
• Knowledge of AI security, privacy and cost optimisation .
• Experience working with retail, e‑commerce or high-scale consumer platforms.
