Fidel Group is seeking a Middle/Senior Affiliate Manager to develop and scale affiliate partnerships with a primary focus on the Netherlands market. You will hunt for new affiliates, negotiate deals, and analyze traffic quality to maximize profitability.

The role involves collaboration with Analytics and Risk teams, attending international iGaming conferences, and expanding presence across Tier-1 GEOs. Remote work is supported with flexible hours.

Formación

• 2–3+ years of experience as an Affiliate Manager within the iGaming (Casino) industry.
• Proven experience working with the Netherlands (NL) market (mandatory).
• Strong understanding of ROI, NGR, LTV, retention, conversion metrics, and affiliate economics.
• Excellent negotiation and relationship management skills.

Responsabilidades

• Source, recruit, and onboard new affiliate partners across Tier-1 markets.
• Build strong relationships with webmasters, publishers, affiliate networks, and media buying teams.
• Drive affiliate growth with a primary focus on the Netherlands (NL) market.
• Negotiate commercial terms including CPA, Hybrid, Revenue Share, and Flat Fee models.
• Analyze affiliate performance, traffic quality, and profitability metrics.
• Monitor ROI, NGR, LTV, conversion rates, and retention performance.
• Collaborate closely with Analytics and Risk teams to identify traffic quality issues.
• Optimize partner performance and recommend scaling opportunities.
• Represent the company at international iGaming conferences and networking events.
