We are looking for an experienced Web Developer focused on Adobe Experience Manager. You are a good fit if you are willing to take responsibility and develop your skills with us.

Your role includes:

• Developing and maintaining enterprise-class websites with AEM
• Leading and coaching teams of developers
• Estimating development tasks, identifying risks, and planning accordingly
• Performing code reviews and sharing best practices
• Defining release strategies, including branching and continuous integration workflows

What we require:

• Excellent communication skills for technical and business stakeholders
• At least 5 years experience in an international organization
• Extensive experience with AEM projects
• Deep understanding of AEM technology stack (OSGi, JCR, Apache Sling)
• Strong knowledge of Java and web technologies
• Experience with AEM on-premise and Cloud Service
• Developing RESTful Web Services
• Knowledge of web security
• Ability to define requirements and technical solutions
• Proficient in English (verbal and written)

Preferred profile:

• Experience with AEM as a Cloud Service
• Familiarity with build tools like Maven
• Knowledge of version control tools, especially Git
• Understanding of design patterns and best practices for quality code
• Knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript
• Experience with pair programming and code reviews
• Experience with testing at different levels: unit, integration, functional, performance
• Familiarity with JIRA, Confluence, and other documentation tools
• Proactive mindset and ability to share ideas
• Enthusiasm and openness to continuous improvement
• Comfort with giving and receiving feedback
• Spanish language skills are a plus
• Eligibility to work in the EU or Switzerland
