Job summary

MAP | WPP Enterprise Solutions seeks an experienced Adobe Senior Application Consultant to join our growing development team. You will translate marketing objectives into technical requirements and work with clients to deliver scalable Adobe-based solutions.

You will collaborate with engineers, data specialists, and project managers to implement, test, and optimize campaigns, journeys, and customer experiences across global brands.

Qualifications

• 5-8 years in application consulting, marketing tech, or related roles.
• Hands-on campaign execution and marketing automation experience.
• Expertise in at least one major marketing platform (Adobe, Marketo, Braze).
• Strong understanding of campaign processes from requirements to deployment.
• Translate business needs into technical specs for Adobe solutions.
• Develop and run UAT tests at campaign or program level.
• Support technical documentation and process docs.
• Knowledge of marketing operations, journeys, and segmentation.
• Data usage in campaign execution, including audience selection and QA.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless delivery.
• Configure and implement end-to-end client experiences in Adobe platforms.
• Set up and optimize marketing automation workflows.
• Translate client requirements into technical designs and specs.
• Configure new features per provided designs and ensure QA.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues in Adobe applications.
• Engage with marketers to collect business requirements and map them.
• Utilize AEP and related tools to build data audiences and segments.
• Identify opportunities to enhance Adobe platform capabilities.
