Alcon is looking for a Senior Associate Administrative Assistant who will provide advanced support across budget and purchase order management, marketing activity planning, and executive assistance to the President International Vision Care. This role blends administrative excellence with data analysis to support management needs.

You will consolidate spend, coordinate suppliers, schedule meetings, travel, and prepare materials while ensuring data quality for reports and dashboards that drive

• Strong operational, communication, organizational, and time-management skills.
