Insud Pharma is seeking a Senior Accountant to join the Family Office team. The role focuses on financial and tax accounting, month-end closings, reconciliations, expense control, audit support, and reporting.

The ideal candidate will drive process improvements and ensure compliance with accounting standards. The candidate should have a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field, at least eight years of experience, and fluency in Spanish with English at B2 level or higher.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a similar field.
• Minimum 8 years in a similar role within fast-paced organizations.
• Fluent Spanish with intermediate-advanced English (B2 or higher).
• Strong knowledge of accounting and tax regulations.

Responsabilidades

• Perform monthly, quarterly, and annual closings with proper reconciliation.
• Prepare financial and accounting reports for decision-making.
• Ensure compliance with General Accounting Plan (PGC) and ERP systems (SAP or others).
• Coordinate intercompany reconciliations and postings.
• Manage payroll posting, payments, and expense control.
• Support internal and external audits with consolidated information.
• Develop and optimize accounting processes to improve efficiency.
