Job summary

TD SYNNEX is looking for a Senior Accountant to lead the European month-end close, manage the General Ledger, and push process improvements across accounting areas. You will oversee closings, journal entries, reconciliations, and financial analysis while mentoring junior staff.

The role requires strong Excel and SAP skills, plus a high level of English. A collaborative, high-performance, hybrid work environment is offered across Europe.

• Strong background in accounting.
• Excellent command of Excel (advanced level).
• Experience with SAP.
• High level of English (mandatory).

Responsibilities

• Execute and oversee month-end closings.
• Prepare and review journal entries, reconciliations, and financial analysis.
• Manage Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, and Inventory accounting.
• Ensure accuracy and compliance across all financial processes.
• Participate in meetings with stakeholders and provide updates.
• Support and guide junior accountants within the team.
• Identify process improvements and automation opportunities.
• Work with SAP and Excel to manage and analyze financial data.
• Collaborate with the wider European accounting teams.
• Maintain high performance during the 5-day closing period.
