Monolithic Power Systems, Inc. in Barcelona, Spain, seeks a Sr. Accountant Europe to support local office activities and European subsidiaries. The role reports to the Europe Controller and is based in Barcelona, handling detailed financial operations across our European footprint.

You will maintain accurate bookkeeping, coordinate statutory compliance, and assist with audits, budgets, and special projects. Fluency in Spanish and English is required, with IFRS knowledge valued.

Formación

• BS/BA in accounting or related field.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent analytical and organizational abilities.
• Proficient in Excel and financial systems.

Responsabilidades

• Provide accounting and administration support for European subsidiaries.
• Maintain bookkeeping including A/P, A/R, fixed assets, cash, and expenses per NIIFs.
• Coordinate statutory tax and reporting with local providers.
• Research tax and regulatory issues as needed.
• Coordinate tax credits, grants and European funds reporting.
• Reconcile GL accounts and prepare journal vouchers; deliver timely reporting.
• Support audits and Sarbanes-Oxley compliance.
• Contribute to budgeting processes and ad hoc projects.
