Deckers Brands in Madrid is seeking a Trade Marketing Manager Iberia to bring the HOKA brand to life across wholesale environments in Iberia, with a primary focus on Spain. You’ll develop and execute consumer-led trade marketing strategies, retail experiences, and seasonal Go-To-Market plans that strengthen brand awareness, build brand distinction, and support commercial growth.

Formación

• Proven experience in trade marketing or a related field.
• Experience leading a team is a plus.
• Retail footwear, fashion, sporting goods, or lifestyle brand experience is a plus.
• Strong understanding of omnichannel marketing and consumer engagement strategies.
• Experience managing marketing budgets.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and execute consumer-led trade marketing strategies.
• Lead trade initiatives, retail activations, and Field Experience teams.
• Collaborate with Commercial, Community, Retail, and Brand Marketing teams.
• Partner with wholesale accounts to increase brand visibility and sell-through.
• Manage trade marketing investments and external partners.
• Create calendars, toolkits, and reporting routines for accounts.
• Establish measurement frameworks and analyze ROI.
