Dormont Manufacturing Co is seeking a Senior Account Executive in Madrid to drive global event media strategies across markets. You will optimize media relationships, execute strategies, and identify new opportunities in a rapidly evolving media landscape.

A successful candidate will have over 5 years of experience in traditional media and a Bachelor's degree in Marketing/Communications, alongside strong communication skills. A dynamic, solution-focused attitude is essential.

Formación

• 5+ years of experience in the traditional media industry (TV, radio, and OOH).
• Proficiency in written and verbal communication skills in English; other languages are a plus.
• Experience in affiliate marketing preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Grow and optimize existing media-outlet relationships.
• Manage new activations from negotiations to technical integrations.
• Analyze work needs related to external media.

Senior Account Executive

As our newest Senior Account Executive, you will plan and execute global event media strategies—across markets and time zones—to drive attendance, revenue, and brand impact through traditional marketing channels.

About the Role

• Grow and optimize existing media-outlet relationships, establishing successful and long-term partnerships.
• Execute media strategies and tactics, research media opportunities, and present this information to internal and external partners.
• Identify and actively look for new opportunities within the media market.
• Manage new activations, from commercial negotiations through to technical integrations and optimizations.
• Maintain accurate control of budget spend on campaigns related to positive ROI objectives.
• Analyze work needs related to external media, as well as develop strategic models and reports.
• Ensure the completion and delivery of projects on time.

About You

• At least 5 years of experience in the traditional media industry (TV, radio, and OOH).
• A diploma/Bachelor’s degree in Marketing/Communications.
• Demonstrated proficiency in written and verbal communication skills in English. A second language is a plus (Spanish/Italian/German/French/Portuguese/Others).
• Understand the role and potential of alternative marketing and media options within the overall marketing mix to integrate them with specific brand goals and objectives.
• Experience in both media planning and buying along with an ability to stay ahead of the ever‑evolving media landscape.
• Experience in affiliate marketing is a plus.
• Dynamic, proactive, and ambitious.
