A logistics technology company is looking for a skilled Sales Manager with 7-10 years of experience in sales and post-sales account management. You will manage complex relationships in the eCommerce sector, focusing on delivery platforms and stakeholder collaboration. Fluency in Spanish or Italian is required, with an intermediate level of English. This role offers a dynamic work environment and the chance to impact the company's growth in Madrid or Barcelona.

Formación

Total professional experience: 7-10 years

Location: Madrid or Barcelona

Professional Experience

Proven experience in sales and post-sales account management for mid-sized and large eCommerce clients, both locally and internationally.

Successfully managed complex commercial relationships: negotiation, proposals, onboarding, account development.

Familiar with retailers, marketplaces, and major players in the eCommerce ecosystem (B2C / B2B).

Demonstrated experience in sales cycle management with a strong background in consultative selling and the ability to build long-term, value-driven partnerships.

Hands-on experience with delivery platforms, logistics services, or API integration between carriers and merchants.

Possible career paths:

  1. Started as a high-performing sales executive focused on enterprise clients and was later promoted to sales team lead / manager (small team: 24 people).
  2. Or still acts as an individual contributor, highly autonomous and ambitious, with consistent results and interest in scaling impact.
Technical & IT Skills

Solid understanding of the data flow between carriers and merchants, including:

  • Carrier APIs
  • eCommerce platform integrations (Magento, Shopify, WooCommerce, etc.)
  • IT logistics systems (WMS / OMS / ERP)

Comfortable working with both technical and commercial stakeholders, especially during pre-sales, onboarding, or integration phases.

Languages

Spanish & Italian (either one mother tongue). Fluent level with proven working experience.

English intermediate level (spoken and written); capable of handling meetings, presentations, and written communication in an international context.
