Proven experience in sales and post-sales account management for mid-sized and large eCommerce clients, both locally and internationally.
Successfully managed complex commercial relationships: negotiation, proposals, onboarding, account development.
Familiar with retailers, marketplaces, and major players in the eCommerce ecosystem (B2C / B2B).
Demonstrated experience in sales cycle management with a strong background in consultative selling and the ability to build long-term, value-driven partnerships.
Hands-on experience with delivery platforms, logistics services, or API integration between carriers and merchants.
Possible career paths:
Solid understanding of the data flow between carriers and merchants, including:
Comfortable working with both technical and commercial stakeholders, especially during pre-sales, onboarding, or integration phases.
Spanish & Italian (either one mother tongue). Fluent level with proven working experience.
English intermediate level (spoken and written); capable of handling meetings, presentations, and written communication in an international context.
