Your Mission

As a Founding Team member, you'll be responsible for designing, evaluating and improving the AI/ML models and agentic workflows that enable processing millions of documents and terabytes of project information daily, helping developers and investors make better decisions in a shorter time.

Core Responsibilities

• Design, evaluate and debug agentic workflows.
• Train, evaluate and debug high performing ML models, including fine‑tuning LLMs to specific domains.
• Maintain and operate software and its infrastructure with high availability.

About the Role

We are looking for Senior Software Engineers who can design, build, and scale full‑stack systems supporting advanced ML workflows.

This is a hands‑on engineering role where you’ll influence architecture, mentor peers, and contribute to the evolution of Keysight’s AI ecosystem.

Responsibilities

What you’ll do:

As an AI Business Development Manager, you’ll grow new revenue through execution of a strong territory plan. You will be a trusted advisor to your prospects, and a team player to your internal team. You’ll become a Mosaic Factor product expert capable of presenting the value of our solutions and managing the entire sales process from finding a new customer or working a passed lead, to securing the deal and managing the transition to post‑sales. You’ll execute engaging technical software and service demonstrations to prospective customers using an enterprise sales approach.
