Schneider Electric is seeking a Senior Service Leader to oversee and continuously improve global security services covering Endpoint, Network, and Cloud Security for a R&D population. You will function as the Service Manager / Service Owner, ensuring performance, quality, governance, and ongoing service enhancements without direct people management.

You will develop dashboards and KPIs, govern security operations, and coordinate cross‑functional teams to drive improvements while communicating

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Cybersecurity, Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field.
• 7+ years of experience in IT Operations, Cybersecurity, Service Management, Infrastructure Security, or a related domain.
• Experience managing enterprise-level security services in a global organization.

Responsabilidades

• Serve as the Service Manager / Service Owner for Endpoint, Network, and Cloud Security services.
• Develop, maintain, and deliver dashboards, KPIs, and SLA reports to leadership and stakeholders.
• Identify risks and drive improvements using a proactive, data‑driven approach.
• Coordinate service reviews and ensure follow‑through on improvements.
• Partner with cross‑functional teams to drive service enhancements.
