Schneider Electric Barcelona Digital Hub is seeking an Infrastructure Security Communication Specialist to improve how security information is communicated, maintain documentation, and ensure knowledge articles are accurate and accessible.

You will translate complex security and operational content for business audiences, collaborate with security leaders, service owners, and SMEs, and support internal communications and process improvements across the group.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Communications or related field.
• Experience in internal communications, knowledge management, service management, or IT operations.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to structure complex information in a clear and user-friendly way.
• Experience managing SharePoint sites, Teams channels, intranet pages, or similar platforms.
• Familiarity with ServiceNow service catalog, Knowledge Base articles, or ITSM processes.
• Strong organization, coordination, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to translate technical content into clear documentation or communications.
• Proficiency with Microsoft 365 tools (PowerPoint, SharePoint, Teams, Outlook, Excel).

Responsabilidades

• Develop and maintain clear, consistent, and engaging communication materials for Infrastructure Security.
• Support internal communications, newsletters, team briefings, and leadership messages.
• Ensure messaging aligns with priorities and security objectives.
• Translate technical information into business-friendly content for different audiences.
• Support major initiatives, service changes, and organizational updates.
• Organize and improve team communication tools and channels (SharePoint, Teams, Viva Engage).
• Maintain and structure ServiceNow catalog items and Knowledge Base articles.
• Establish content governance standards for team sites and platforms.
• Identify opportunities to simplify and modernize information sharing.
• Review and improve service descriptions, workflows, and SLAs.
• Maintain process documentation and operating models.
• Support design and implementation of improved ways of working.
• Promote continuous improvement and knowledge sharing.
• Prepare reports and leadership presentation materials.
• Consolidate inputs into clear reporting and dashboards.
• Collaborate with leaders, owners, SMEs and stakeholders to ensure content accuracy.
