Job summary

Kudelski Security in Madrid is seeking a security consultant to onboard and integrate new services for clients within our Managed Security Services. You will deploy security products at client premises and build deep knowledge of our product portfolio, working across technical and managerial contacts.

The role requires strong problem solving, excellent communication, and the ability to manage multiple client engagements with coordination across PMO, Sales, and SOC teams.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in a consulting and client facing role.
• Experience with network and security infrastructure.
• Experience with Cloud platforms (Azure, AWS) and security logging.
• Knowledge of EDR/NGAV and SIEM technologies.
• Engineering degree or equivalent in technology/computer science.
• Certifications CISSP/CISM/CCSP/ITIL are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Design technical strategies and deploy security products at client premises.
• Build up and maintain an in-depth knowledge of Kudelski Security products and services portfolio.
• Manage delivery to new and existing customers and then hand over the management of the client to the Business Practice owners.
• Interface with PMO, Sales/Pre-sales, SOC Analysts to coordinate efforts.
• Provide guidance on customer security infrastructure.

Your Mission

As part of our Managed Security Services department, your mission will be to provide the best possible onboarding and integration services to our clients. You will actively participate in the onboarding activities of new customers and the deployment of new services to existing customers, including presales activities for our products and services, thus helping to make our customers life more secure.

Your Responsibilities will be to:

• Design technical strategies and then implement and deploy security products at Client premises.
• Build up and maintain an in-depth knowledge of our products and services portfolio

This role involves:

• Understanding the customer’s security infrastructure and providing guidance accordingly
• Frequent contacts with customers in both technical and managerial areas
• Internal transversal interactions with various groups (PMO, Sales/Pre-sales, SOC Analysts…)

Your aim is to play an active role in helping Kudelski Security to provide customers with the best experience through their journey into our Managed Security Service and ultimately make our customer’s lives more secure.

You have:

• Proven experience in a consulting and client facing role
• Proven experience in network, Windows and Linux administration with a focus on security and logging.
• Experience with Cloud platform (Azure, AWS) with a focus on security and logging.
• Experience with one or more of the following technologies: Microsoft or other vendors EDR/NGAV, SIEM, Vulnerability Scanning.

These would be a plus:

• CISSP/CISM/CCSP/ITIL and other general security certifications
• Technical certifications on vendors’ product
• Spanish, any other languages are an asset
• Excellent knowledge of the security product portfolio
• An engineering degree in technology / computer science or equivalent
