Kudelski Security in Madrid is seeking a Cyber Security Project Manager to bridge clients and expert teams, delivering security engagements on time and on budget.

You will work with engineers and executives across international contexts, shaping cyber resilience for clients, while reporting risks and ensuring quality across all deliverables.

Formación

• 5+ years in Project Management, with at least 3 years in a large IT or technology organisation
• 3+ years working in international, multicultural environments
• Deep technical understanding of cybersecurity and the ability to converse with engineers and executives
• Proven track record leading complex client-facing projects with business acumen
• Background in IT Security is a strong differentiator

Responsibilities

As our Cyber Security Project Manager, you will be the strategic bridge between our clients and our expert technical teams. You'll orchestrate complex security engagements: from onboarding through delivery: ensuring every project succeeds on time, on budget, and beyond expectations. You'll report to the Team Leader of our Project Management Office and operate with real autonomy, managing contributors across disciplines and building lasting relationships with client stakeholders.

What You'll Do

• Lead end-to-end delivery of cybersecurity projects, from scope definition through successful handover.
• Keep projects on track: managing timelines, budgets, and specifications while clearing roadblocks proactively.
• Provide clear, timely reporting on project status and risks to both clients and internal stakeholders.
• Navigate priority conflicts with confidence, making balanced decisions that maximize delivery success.
• Partner with technical teams to identify and mitigate project risks, minimizing residual exposure.
• Build strong, trust-based relationships with clients: laying the groundwork for long-term partnerships.
• Dive deep into technical details of Kudelski Security's offerings and translate them into business impact.
• Champion quality across all deliverables: reviewing outputs and driving continuous process improvement.

Requirements / Profile

What we’re looking for

Experience & Background

• 5+ years in Project Management, with at least 3 years in a large IT or technology organisation (PMO or Operations preferred)
• 3+ years working in international, multicultural environments
• Deep technical understanding of cybersecurity: you can hold your own with engineers AND executives
• Demonstrated success leading complex client-facing projects with both technical depth and business acumen
• Background in IT Security is a strong differentiator

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Technology, Computer Science, or equivalent with strong IT experience
• PMP, Prince2, or HERMES certification is a strong asset
• CISSP, CISM, or other security certifications are a plus
