Job summary

Julius Baer seeks an Exposure Management Data Analyst in Madrid to own data and measures behind security exposure, maintain and extend dashboards, and build a reporting capability for a globally governed function facing increasing regulatory scrutiny.

You will devise formulas, build scalable transforms, define per-asset and per-service metrics, and collaborate with governance teams to replace manual supervisory responses with standardized, reusable reports.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with an enterprise BI platform (Tableau preferred).
• Ability to design and document metrics and composite scores.
• Experience defining a measure from scratch and getting buy-in from stakeholders.
• Scripting for data transformation and automation (Python).

Responsibilities

• Own, maintain, and extend dashboards and reports showing security exposure across modules.
• Focus on penetration testing, infrastructure vulnerabilities, and security configuration baseline compliance.
• Define and document exposure measures and their definitions.
• Build searches and transformations to aggregate per-asset security results at scale.
• Define and validate exposure measures for new domains and per-service exposure scores.
• Partner with stakeholders across delivery and governance functions.
• Replace manual supervisory reporting with standardized, reusable reports.
