Bank Julius Baer & Co. Ltd. in Madrid is seeking an Exposure Management Data Analyst to own the data behind security exposure reporting. You will maintain dashboards, extend the reporting estate, and ensure consistency in calculations across modules.

The ideal candidate has hands-on Tableau expertise, strong data modelling skills, Python scripting experience, and 5+ years in data analytics or data engineering. Fluency in English is required.

Competenze

• Hands-on expertise with an enterprise BI platform (Tableau preferred).
• Ability to design and document metrics and composite scores with weighting, missing data handling, and validation.
• Experience defining a measure from scratch and getting it accepted by stakeholders.
• Scripting for data transformation and automation, ideally in Python, with maintainable, version-controlled work.

• Own, maintain, and extend dashboards and reports for security exposure.
• Design formulas behind exposure measures with single definitions and owners.
• Build and maintain per-asset security result transformations at scale.
• Define measures for new exposure domains and establish metrics.
