Job summary

Julius Baer is seeking an IT Security Engineer to strengthen our digital frontier. You will contribute to the engineering and operations of our internet proxy and remote access solutions across global offices and remote locations.

Qualifications

• Expertise in Zscaler technologies, including ZIA and ZPA.
• Hands-on Citrix NetScaler (ADC) for SSL-VPN and BYOD access.
• Strong knowledge of secure web gateways, proxies, and zero trust.
• Understanding of firewalls, TLS/SSL, DNS, and routing.
• Experience in 2nd/3rd line IT security in regulated environments.
• Bachelor's or Master's in CS or InfoSec; related certifications are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and govern secure web and remote access infrastructure.
• Operate and maintain ZIA platform.
• Manage Citrix NetScaler as gateway for SSL-VPN and BYOD access.
• Support adoption of ZPA.
• Lead incident resolution as Tier 2/3 with RCA and preventive controls.
• Ensure compliance with security policies and regulatory requirements.
• Maintain Confluence docs on architectures and procedures.
• Drive service improvements in reliability, security, observability, and automation.
• Stay ahead of threats and propose architectural upgrades.
