Bank Julius Baer & Co. Ltd. seeks an experienced Remote Access Engineer to architect, operate, and refine Citrix NetScaler Gateway and Zscaler Private Access infrastructure within a regulated financial services environment.

You will implement secure authentication, conditional access, and modern Zero Trust Network Access architectures while collaborating with IAM, Endpoint Management, Security Operations, and Global IT teams to ensure resilient, scalable remote connectivity.

Formación

• Hands-on experience with Citrix NetScaler ADC and NetScaler Gateway in enterprise environments.
• Experience implementing and maintaining ZTNA solutions (ZPA or equivalent).
• Strong understanding of MFA and identity integration across platforms.

Responsabilidades

• Administer, configure and optimize Citrix NetScaler ADC/NetScaler Gateway for high availability and scalability.
• Design and implement secure authentication and conditional access policies based on risk factors.
• Contribute to design, testing, and rollout of Zscaler Private Access platform.
• Provide 2nd/3rd line support and participate in 24/7 on-call rotation.
