Job summary

Bending Spoons seeks a security-minded professional to help secure our rapidly growing platform across our global offices, including Madrid, Milan, London, and Warsaw. You will work in small, autonomous teams to embed security into our products and engineering processes.

Responsibilities include strengthening security, proactive threat hunting, privacy compliance, and automating security controls. We offer flexible start dates, part-time options, equity, and competitive compensation.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assess and strengthen security by identifying loopholes across systems and infrastructure using modern security tools, automation, and continuous testing.
• Attack and defend by conducting internal security assessments and implementing countermeasures to safeguard data integrity and confidentiality.
• Automate security practices by designing and building solutions that embed strong security controls into infrastructure and engineering workflows.
• Partner on privacy and compliance with privacy experts to translate regulatory requirements into robust, practical safeguards.
• Stay ahead of threats by tracking vulnerabilities and sharing knowledge to strengthen the security posture.
