AXA Group Operations seeks a Secure Email Product Owner to maximize the value of the Secure Email product for internal customers. You will work with the Product Manager to refine the roadmap, leverage Proofpoint capabilities, and ensure high service quality across AXA entities.

You will engage with global stakeholders, manage vendor relations, and drive continuous product improvement within an agile environment. Fluency in English is mandatory.

Formación

• 5+ years of product ownership experience in IT/cybersecurity with strong Agile background.
• Bachelor’s degree in CS or related field; cybersecurity PM/BA experience is a plus.
• Fluent English and excellent communication across global teams.

Responsabilidades

• Collaborate with Product Manager to refine the product roadmap and backlog.
• Leverage Proofpoint knowledge to maximize platform value and identify opportunities for improved threat protection.
• Support evaluation and implementation of new Proofpoint capabilities.
• Prioritize requirements by understanding customer needs and engaging stakeholders.
• Participate in agile events and provide direction to the team.
• Write and refine specifications with the team.
• Contribute to product documentation for customers and stakeholders.
• Act as primary contact for stakeholders’ questions about the product.
• Support product quality of service and vendor relationship management.
• Drive continuous improvement of the product.
