ISP in Barcelona is seeking a qualified educator to support students and manage academic activities. You will plan lessons, prepare materials, maintain grade books, and design assessments while collaborating with the Psychology Department and Academic Coordinator to assist students with academic or behavioral needs.

We require a Bachelor’s in Education or Psychology (Master’s preferred), proficiency with digital tools and Microsoft Office, and at least 2 years in education.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Education, Psychology, or related fields.
• Master’s degree preferred.
• Proficiency in digital tools.
• Intermediate-level Microsoft Office skills.

Responsabilidades

• Plan lessons in advance and communicate plans to the Head of Level and Academic Coordinator.
• Prepare and organize materials for classes.
• Maintain the grade book and enter grades by deadlines.
• Design and prepare monthly assessments for each topic.
• Grade all assigned work and keep records up to date.
• Collaborate with the Psychology Department to support students with academic or behavioral issues.
• Attend meetings with teachers, coordinators, and assistants and participate in parent meetings and school activities.
• Support students with special needs, including gifted learners, with the Academic Coordinator and psychologist.
