Confidential employer in Mallorca seeks two second-class masons for permanent, full-time roles in Port de Pollença and surrounding areas. You will perform essential masonry and building works under the guidance of senior staff on residential and commercial projects.

Responsibilities include basic masonry, flooring, tiling, roofing assistance, plastering, and tool maintenance. A minimum of 12 months in masonry or construction is required, with a Class A licence and own transport to sites.

Are you an experienced construction worker looking for a reliable, permanent position in the north of Mallorca? A local construction company is currently hiring two second-class masons to join their building projects in Pollença and surrounding areas. In this role, you will perform essential masonry and building works under the guidance of the first-class mason and site manager, contributing directly to residential and commercial construction projects.

Responsibilities

• Carrying out basic masonry tasks, including building simple partition walls with bricks or concrete blocks and fitting subframes
• Laying basic floorings, pavements, and tiles across regular surfaces and common areas
• Assisting with the assembly and installation of roofs, coverings, and formwork structures
• Performing plastering, rendering, finishing work, and repairing minor mortar or plaster defects
• Maintaining and preparing hand tools and light machinery required for daily site operations

Requirements

• At least 12 months of documented experience in masonry or general construction
• Valid driving licence (Class A) and your own means of transport to travel directly to construction sites
• A reliable, safety-conscious work ethic and the ability to follow instructions from senior site staff
• No formal academic qualification is required, as practical hands-on experience is what counts

Benefits and Conditions

• A permanent, full-time contract with long-term stability
• An annual gross salary of €23,092.85 (in line with the collective bargaining agreement, including extra payments)
• Standard daytime working hours from Monday to Friday, 8:00 to 16:00
• Primary work location in Port de Pollença, with occasional travel to other project locations across Mallorca
