Confidential employer in Mallorca is seeking three first-class bricklayers and stonemasons to work on construction projects island-wide, with Inca serving as the daily departure hub.

The role covers standard and specialized masonry tasks, including preparing materials, installing bricks, blocks, tiles and stone, and supervising on-site workers. A permanent contract is offered with a full-time schedule from 8:00 to 16:00, Monday through Friday, and a gross annual salary of €26,067.47.

Are you an experienced stonemason or bricklayer looking for a stable, full-time position in Mallorca? A construction company based in Inca is currently hiring 3 first-class bricklayers and stonemasons (Oficial de 1ª albañil / picapedrer) to work on construction projects across the island. The meeting and departure point for daily work is in Inca.

In this role, you will be responsible for standard and specialized masonry work on active sites. Your core tasks include:

• Preparing and mixing materials such as cement, mortar, and concrete.
• Installing bricks, building blocks, tiles, stone, and other masonry materials.
• Supervising, guiding, and supporting construction assistants and site laborers.
• Complying strictly with workplace safety regulations and ensuring the proper use and maintenance of tools and machinery.

To be considered for this position, you must meet the following requirements:

• A minimum of 24 months (2 years) of proven professional experience in masonry or stonemasonry work.
• Solid practical knowledge of construction techniques and safety standards on site.
• Reliability, team spirit, and the ability to guide less experienced workers.

What the position offers:

• A permanent, indefinite contract (contrato indefinido).
