Job summary

Confidential employer in Palma, Mallorca is hiring 5 bus drivers for the upcoming season starting March 1, 2027. The role requires a 33%+ disability certificate and a valid category D license with CAP.

You will transport guests between hotels, Palma airport and other destinations, ensuring safety and comfort on every journey. This is a full-time, rotating schedule from Monday to Sunday with a seasonal six-month contract (fijo discontinuo).

Qualifications

• Disability certificate 33%+ required.
• Valid category D driving license with CAP.
• At least 12 months of driving experience.
• Completed secondary education (ESO or equivalent).
• Basic English (A2) to assist international passengers.
• Own vehicle to commute to Palma work center.
• Flexible, strong teamwork and ability to work under pressure during busy hours.

Responsibilities

• Drive buses between hotels, Palma airport and destinations, ensuring passenger comfort and safety.
• Maintain professional service and safety standards throughout each trip.
• Follow scheduled routes, obey road regulations and adapt to changes in schedules.
• Assist passengers with basic information in English at transfer points.
