A reputable tourism company based in Palma is currently hiring 5 bus drivers for passenger and tourist transport services. This position offers a full-time, seasonal contract (fijo discontinuo) starting on March 1, 2027, with a fixed duration of six months. Please note that this specific opening is reserved for professionals holding a recognized disability certificate equal to or greater than 33%.

In this role, you will be responsible for providing reliable and professional passenger transport across the island:

• Safely driving buses to transport passengers and clients between designated pickup locations, such as hotels and Palma airport, and their destinations.
• Ensuring passenger safety, comfort, and professional service throughout every journey.
• Adhering strictly to assigned routes, safety regulations, and operational schedules.
• Working effectively within rotating shifts based on demand.

To be considered for this position, you must meet the following mandatory criteria:

• Possession of an official disability certificate equal to or greater than 33%.
• Valid Class D driving licence and current CAP (Certificate of Professional Competence).
• At least 12 months of verifiable driving experience with passenger buses.
• Basic knowledge of English (A2 level) to communicate with international visitors.
• Secondary school diploma (ESO or equivalent).
• Own vehicle to commute reliably to the workplace in Palma.
• Ability to work well in a team, perform effectively under pressure, and maintain high schedule flexibility.

The position offers a gross annual salary of 27,373 EUR, distributed over 15 monthly payments. You will work on a full-time schedule covering Monday through Sunday with rotating shifts according to seasonal demand.
