ROMEU in Spain is seeking an Operations Leader for maritime freight who can guide a team, control costs, ensure service quality, and monitor KPIs to drive improvements.

The ideal candidate has at least 5 years in a freight forwarding company, studies in administration or international trade, and English at B2/C1. Experience with CargoWise and domestic Canary routes is a plus.

Formación

• Minimum of 5 years in a freight forwarding company and in maritime traffic operations.
• Background in administrative and/or international trade studies.
• English level B2/C1.

Responsabilidades

• Control costs of the maritime operations structure.
• Implement and guarantee service quality tracking for customers.
• Manage internal KPIs to identify improvements and take corrective actions.
• Handle traffic/provider/client incidents and support the team to resolve them.
• Direct and organize the work team, evaluating and developing professionals.
• Participate in recruitment and set objectives for the direct team.
