Sortlist is seeking an SDR Intern in Madrid to scale our Spanish market. This 6-month paid internship offers hands-on experience building pipelines, targeting Spanish agencies, and learning an AI-powered sales stack.

You will develop outbound outreach, qualify opportunities, and collaborate with the Spanish Account Executive. On-site presence is required during onboarding, with a path toward growth in B2B sales.

Formación

• Currently enrolled at a university or business school.
• No prior sales experience required, but a genuine interest in sales is essential.
• Based in Madrid and able to sign a convenio de prácticas for a 6-month internship.
• Strong written and spoken communication in English and Spanish.

Responsabilidades

• Build your own target lists of Spanish agencies using AI research tools.
• Run multichannel outbound: cold calls, personalised emails, LinkedIn.
• Open conversations and qualify agencies before passing to the Spanish AE.
• Book qualified meetings for the Spanish Account Executive and brief them with context.
• Keep HubSpot updated with every touchpoint and maintain data quality.
• Feed market intelligence on objections and competitor moves to the team.
• Report to the Sales Manager and collaborate with the Spanish AE.
• Demonstrate native-level Spanish and professional English in all interactions.
• This is a 6-month internship with convenio de prácticas in Madrid.
