We are looking for an experienced Scrum Master from Europe to join our Process Excellence department and support business units across the company.

As a Scrum Master, you will serve as a servant‑leader and coach, ensuring that Agile principles are understood and practiced, while fostering an environment of collaboration, continuous improvement, and accountability.

You will guide teams in delivering high-quality outcomes, remove obstacles, and help the organization embrace agility at scale.

What you’ll be working on

Serve as Scrum Master for one or more cross‑functional teams, facilitating Agile ceremonies (daily stand‑ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, refinements).

Coach team members and stakeholders in Agile values, principles, and practices.

Identify and remove impediments that block team progress.

Foster an environment of collaboration, transparency, and trust within the team.

Support the Product Owner / Project Manager in refining and managing the product backlog.

Help the team measure and improve their performance through metrics (e.g., velocity, burndown, throughput).

Encourage continuous improvement by guiding teams through retrospectives and process adaptations.

Act as a bridge between the team and the wider organization, helping stakeholders understand and embrace Agile ways of working.

Partner with other Scrum Masters in the Process Excellence department to align practices across business units and share learnings.

Ensure compliance with company policies, data protection, and security standards in all Agile practices.

About you – preferred requirements for this role

Proven experience as a Scrum Master in an Agile environment.

Strong understanding of Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe, etc.) and Lean principles.

Excellent facilitation, coaching, and communication skills.

Ability to foster collaboration and resolve conflicts within and across teams.

Highly organized with strong problem‑solving abilities.

Scrum Master certification (CSM, PSM, SAFe‑SM) preferred.

Experience working with distributed or remote‑first teams is a plus.
