Formación

• Minimum 5 years of experience with agile frameworks.
• Strong knowledge as a Scrum Master of agile methodologies.
• Experience with scaled frameworks, preferably SAFe.
• High level of English is mandatory.
• Experience using agile tools, mainly within the Atlassian ecosystem.

We are looking for a Scrum Master to join our team for a multinational leader in the banking sector.

Key Responsibilities

• Facilitate and support agile adoption within teams, helping them implement the best framework suited to their needs.
• Promote continuous improvement and team collaboration.
• Drive the Tribe’s cultural transformation towards agility.
• Collaborate with existing agile groups across the bank to align practices, reporting, and standards.
• Support the business in leveraging agility to improve market responsiveness.
• Develop, monitor, and analyze agile metrics to assess maturity and team efficiency.

Skills: Essential

• Minimum of 5 years of proven experience working with agile frameworks.
• Strong knowledge and hands‑on experience as a Scrum Master, as well as understanding of other Scrum roles.
• Experience with scaled frameworks (preferably SAFe).
• High level of English.
• Experience using agile tools — mainly the Atlassian ecosystem (Jira & Confluence), Retrotool, Miro, and Mural.
• Strong leadership, resilience, and self‑organization skills.
• Excellent communication skills with both technical and business stakeholders.

Desirable

• Knowledge of Banking and Transaction Banking.
• Experience applying Scrumban or Scrum with Kanban.
• Experience working with multiple teams simultaneously.
• Technical background or software development experience is a plus.
• Experience in metrics development and review.
