The Lead Scrum Master at TD SYNNEX Spain will coach up to three Agile teams in a SAFe environment, guiding ceremonies, backlog refinement, and cross-team Scrum of Scrums to align delivery. You will remove impediments and promote self-management across engineering, QA and testers.

You will lead with strong collaboration, stakeholder management, and English communication, translating business goals into actionable sprint work while fostering an inclusive, high-performance culture.

Formación

• 5+ years of experience in Agile/Scrum environments.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, or related field.
• Certified Scrum Master (CSM, PSM, SAFe or equivalent).
• Strong leadership, coaching and stakeholder management skills.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills in English.
• Proven ability to collaborate with all levels of the organization.

• Provide agile delivery coaching across and beyond own department.

Job Purpose

The Lead Scrum Master is responsible for building, coaching and leading up to three high-performing Agile teams (developers, QA and testers) within a SAFe environment. The role ensures Scrum best practices are consistently applied, facilitates key Agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, backlog refinement, stand-ups, reviews and retrospectives, removes delivery impediments, and drives team maturity towards self-management. In addition, the position leads Scrum of Scrums activities, promotes Agile adoption across the organization, and supports the implementation of Agile methodologies in complex or strategically important areas.

Responsibilities

• Ownership ,and accountability , of establishing agile values, methods, principles and practices for delivery of products across their teams in complex areas
• Building and coaching/mentoring of a self organised team in agile standards and best practices
• Facilitate the creation of standard processes across the teams to provide a Scrum development framework
• Lead the Sprint ceremonies such as daily standup, sprint retrospective, Sprint planning, user story refinement
• Collaborate closely with Product Owner on the backlog management to ensure effective Sprint planning process
• Lead the collaboration efforts with other Scrum Masters in Scrum of Scrums meeting to manage dependencies
• Ensure the delivery of the user stories agreed to be delivered within the Sprint
• Remove impediments with key stakeholders
• Provide Agile delivery coaching outside of own teams for others, in and outside, of own department

Knowledge, Skills And Experience

• 5+ years of relevant experience in Agile/Scrum environments.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, or related field.
• Certified Scrum Master (CSM, PSM, SAFe or equivalent).
• Strong leadership, coaching and stakeholder management skills.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills in English.
• Proven ability to collaborate with all levels of the organization.
• Strong planning, organization and time management skills.
• Ability to work independently and deliver under pressure.
• Strong interpersonal skills in multicultural environments.
• Proficiency with relevant tools, systems and technologies.

Working Conditions

• Consistent non-standard work or overtime as business requires.
• May be located at the Clearwater corporate office or at the reseller location.
• On-call availability required as necessary.
• Professional, office environment.
• Some travel required.
