Alten Delivery Centre Spain is seeking an experienced SCQM / Supplier Quality Engineer to support a naval project in Madrid. You will join an international team of engineers delivering top aerospace-grade supplier quality results for naval programs.

Responsibilities include leading supplier qualification and audits, managing NCRs and CAPA, and performing robust root cause analyses using 8D and RCCA techniques. English proficiency is required for global collaboration.

Formación

• Degree in Engineering or equivalent technical background.
• Experience in Supplier Quality, Manufacturing Quality or Supply Chain Quality within naval, marine or shipbuilding.
• Experience managing supplier audits, NCRs and CAPA processes.
• Knowledge of 8D, RCCA, CAPA, FMEA, QA Systems and ISO 9001.
• Experience working with international suppliers.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct root cause analysis using 8D, RCCA and quality tools.
• Monitor supplier quality KPIs and improvement plans.

Requirements

• Knowledge of marine equipment manufacturing and supplier qualification processes.
