Aufgaben

• General coordination of the SPINE-SYNC project.
• Interface between the project coordinator, internal teams, project partners and external stakeholders, translating decisions into concrete actions.
• Coordinate day-to-day scientific and technical activities according to the work plan.
• Organise project meetings and coordinate activities, collect information on state of the art in clinical practice and prepare required documentation.
• Prepare guidelines, activity reports and project deliverables.
• Prepare agendas and presentations for meetings and related committees, participate in meetings and draft minutes.
• Provide guidance to partners on mitigation plans, ethical issues and work plans.
• Support conflict resolution and ensure alignment of consortium activities with project objectives.
• Oversee project quality and risk management, including review of deliverables, communications, patient materials and exploitation plans.
• Develop and monitor the Data Management Plan, when applicable.
• Monitor ethical and regulatory processes and compliance, when applicable.
• Monitor the Gantt chart, project timelines and deadlines.
• Manage day-to-day administrative activities, including organizing project meetings and events.
• Support financial monitoring, identification of suppliers, collection of quotations and preparation of project amendments.
