Alstom in Barcelona is seeking a Schematics & Apparatus Leader to manage electrical deliverables across project baselines. You will lead S&A resources, ensure architecture and harness deliverables, and drive continuous improvement while coordinating with engineering, operations, and design teams.

The role requires an engineering degree, Electrical CAD experience, and strong leadership in an international, multi-site environment. Fluent English and local language skills are expected.

Responsabilidades

• Deliver the right product with complete electrical deliverables for each baseline (architecture, synoptics, wiring/cabling schemes, calculation notes, harness lists, eBOM).
• Apply Metier rules and processes.
• Manage the S&A quality, cost, and delivery (QCD) of the project.
• Oversee S&A workload and optimize resources.
• Handle sub-contracting definitions, monitoring, and acceptance.
• Synchronize functional and mechanical inputs (baseline management).
• Collaborate with engineering, operations and design to address complex mobility challenges.

We’re looking for a Schematics and Apparatus Leader to manage Schematics & Apparatus resources (functional) and activities on the project he/she is responsible for. They will be responsible for the electrical deliveries for each electrical baseline of the project they are contributing to and build and develop the S&A technical competency within the team. You’ll work alongside people who show up with ownership, passion, and dedication — because they know what’s at stake: the journey home.

Your role, your impact

• Delivery of the right product (respect all the requirements) at the right moment the product consisting into the complete electrical deliverables for each baseline: Electrical architecture definition & synoptics (macro & detailed), Wiring/Cabling electrical schemes, Calculation notes (cables, apparatuses, devices), Harness wiring lists, eBOM: harness (cables, connectors, accessories) and electrical devices.
• Applying of the Metier rules and processes.
• Managing the S&A QCD of their project,
• Managing S&A workload of their project and effective utilisation of resources,
• Sub-contracting management (definition, monitoring, acceptance),
• Synchronization and alignment of functional and mechanical inputs (baseline management)
