A Snapshot of Your Day

Join us as a SCADA Project Manager, where you will lead the execution of complex offshore wind farm SCADA projects from contract signing to system delivery, commissioning, and handover. You will coordinate a multidisciplinary team of technical experts, ensuring seamless collaboration across engineering, installation, and customer interfaces. Your day will involve managing project milestones, resolving technical challenges, and nurturing strong relationships with clients and internal collaborators. You’ll play a pivotal role in delivering innovative automation solutions that drive the renewable energy transition.

How You’ll Make An Impact

• Drive the execution of offshore SCADA projects, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality outcomes.
• Coordinate resources and activities across engineering, production, logistics, and commissioning teams.
• Support sales with technical input for tenders and contract reviews, while managing variation orders.
• Lead customer meetings, manage open issues, and ensure effective communication throughout the project lifecycle.
• Identify and implement improvements to SCADA systems, leveraging lessons learned for future projects.

What You Bring

• Strong background in project management or engineering management, with hands‑on experience in SCADA and automation systems (preferably in wind generation or industrial automation). 5 years of work experience and 3 years of PM experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in plant automation, controls & instrumentation, electrical engineering, or equivalent practical experience.
• Proven ability to manage complex projects, coordinate cross‑functional teams, and deliver results in a dynamic environment.
• Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Well‑structured, proactive, and able to build positive relationships with clients and colleagues.

About The Team

You’ll join a dedicated Offshore Engineering SCADA department, working alongside passionate professionals committed to delivering world‑class renewable energy solutions. Our team values collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement, supporting each other to achieve ambitious goals in a fast‑paced, international environment. With 16 project managers in the team, you will work on offshore projects using SCADA, interfacing with clients and conducting system tests for third parties.
