AST SpaceMobile is seeking an Electronic Hardware Engineer to design, develop, validate, and document onboard electronic systems for satellites. The role involves collaborating on HW-SW system integration, preparing technical documentation, and supporting environmental tests.

The ideal candidate should have a university degree in relevant fields and at least 8 years of experience in high-reliability electronic hardware design. Familiarity with standards such as ECSS is preferred. The position will be based in Gavà, Spain.

Formación

• A minimum of 8 years in electronic hardware design, preferably in high-reliability environments.
• Experience in multilayer PCB design, high-speed design, and environments with thermal or electromagnetic constraints.

Responsabilidades

• Design schematics and PCBs for satellite electronic systems.
• Perform simulations and signal analysis.
• Participate in component selection in accordance with space standards.
• Collaborate in HW-SW system integration.
• Prepare technical documentation in compliance with aerospace standards.
• Support environmental test campaigns.
• Collaborate with suppliers for manufacturing and assembly.
• Participate in design reviews with clients or agencies.
