Westernacher Consulting seeks a senior SAP Transportation Management expert to lead end-to-end SAP TM projects across international environments. You will own architecture decisions, mentor teams, and guide clients through strategic trade-offs with a focus on logistics optimization.

The role requires a deep SAP TM background, cross-module experience, and strong pre-sales abilities. Travel may be required, and you will contribute to innovative, AI-enabled SAP solutions.

Formación

• 9–10+ years of SAP Transportation Management experience
• Proven track record leading complex SAP transformation projects
• 4 full-cycle SAP implementations
• Cross-module and end-to-end logistics solution design
• Strong configuration and solution design skills
• C-level stakeholder engagement experience
• Experience across multiple industries in logistics/transport
• Pre-sales and business development experience
• Strategic thinking with leadership capabilities
• SAP TM certifications are advantageous
• Public Cloud experience is an advantage
• Experience with SAP integration tools (Signavio, LeanIX, SAP Cloud ALM, WalkMe)

You work on SAP consulting projects focused on logistics and transportation, designing and implementing solutions based on SAP Transportation Management. You take ownership of defined work streams and contribute to high‑quality, end‑to‑end SAP implementations in international project environments. You collaborate closely with customers and project teams to translate business needs into robust SAP solutions.

Your Responsibilities

• Lead the design of end-to-end SAP solution architectures based on SAP TM
• Translate business strategies and transformation goals into scalable, integrated SAP solution designs
• Own solution architecture decisions across projects, ensuring alignment with best practices, standards, and long-term roadmap
• Act as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders, including C‑level executives, and guide them through solution options and trade-offs
• Lead and mentor consultants and developers, ensuring solution quality and consistency across work streams
• Support pre‑sales activities, including solution architecture design, estimations, and client presentations

Your Skills And Experience

• Minimum 9‑10+ years of relevant experience in SAP Transportation Management
• Proven track record in leading complex SAP transformation projects
• Functional and/or technical proficiency with at least 4 full‑cycle SAP implementations
• Strong cross‑module expertise to design robust end‑to‑end logistics solutions
• Strong configuration and solution design skills with a holistic architectural mindset
• Strong consulting and stakeholder management skills, including C‑level interaction
• Experience working across multiple industries with a good understanding of logistics and transportation processes
• Strong experience in pre‑sales and business development activities
• Strategic thinking combined with strong project and solution leadership capabilities
• SAP certifications in TM are an advantage
• Experience in Public Cloud is an advantage
• Experience with SAP’s integration and transformation toolchain, such as Signavio, LeanIX, SAP Cloud ALM, and WalkMe
• Strong commitment to knowledge sharing, mentoring, and building organizational capabilities
• Designs AI‑enabled SAP solutions conceptually (e.g. process automation, embedded AI, analytics)
• Evaluates AI use cases, risks, and governance with customers

• Proven ability to deliver high‑quality results and support client outcomes
• Willingness to travel depending on project requirements
