Dabster is seeking a Senior SAP TM Consultant to join its Global Enterprise Applications team in Valencia, Spain. You will drive implementation, configuration, and optimization of SAP Transportation Management across global operations, with strong focus on integration with SAP SD and CPI.

The role requires 8+ years of hands-on TM experience, and a solid command of end-to-end TM processes, integration, and analytics. A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a related field is expected.

• Lead testing phases (Unit, Integration, UAT) and deployment activities.
• Provide Tier 3 support and mentor junior team members.

Role Overview

We are seeking a highly experienced and motivated Senior SAP TM Consultant to join our Global Enterprise Applications team. The ideal candidate will have over 8 years of extensive, hands‑on experience in implementing, configuring, and supporting SAP Transportation Management (TM) solutions. You will play a critical role in optimizing our supply chain and logistics processes. A strong understanding of SAP Sales and Distribution (SD) and exposure to SAP Cloud Platform Integration (CPI) are essential for ensuring seamless end‑to‑end integration across our enterprise landscape.

Key Responsibilities

System Implementation & Configuration:

Lead the design, configuration, and implementation of SAP TM modules to meet complex global transportation and logistics requirements.

Integration Management:

Ensure seamless data flow and integration between SAP TM, SAP SD, and other external or third‑party systems using SAP CPI.

Requirement Gathering & Blueprinting:

Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements, analyze business processes, and translate them into robust technical architectures and functional blueprints.

Process Optimization:

Continuously assess and improve transportation management processes, including order management, freight planning, carrier selection, freight execution, and freight settlement.

Testing & Deployment:

Lead various testing phases (Unit, Integration, UAT) and manage deployment activities, ensuring high-quality and bug‑free system deliveries.

Support & Mentorship:

Provide Tier 3 support for complex SAP TM issues and mentor junior team members or super users on best practices.

Required Qualifications

Experience:

8+ years of dedicated, hands‑on experience in SAP TM implementation, roll‑out, and support projects.

Core SAP TM Skills:

Deep expertise in end‑to‑end TM processes including Freight Order Management, Freight Planning, Charge Management, Freight Settlement, and Forwarding Order Management.

Cross‑Module Knowledge:

Strong foundational exposure to SAP SD (Sales and Distribution), including order‑to‑cash processes, pricing, and deliveries, to ensure seamless TM‑SD integration.

Integration Expertise:

Practical experience with SAP CPI (Cloud Platform Integration) or PI/PO for interfacing SAP TM with SAP ERP, S/4HANA, and external carrier/logistics networks.

Education:

Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, Supply Chain Management, Engineering, or a related field.

Preferred Skills

Experience working in SAP S/4HANA environments (embedded TM vs. standalone).

Understanding of ABAP debugging and ability to write functional specifications for custom enhancements.

Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and communication skills.

Prior experience in the Transport & Logistics (T&L) sector or global supply chain operations is a major plus.
