A global technology consultancy is seeking a SAP Time Management Consultant located in Granada, Spain. The role involves supporting and maintaining the SAP HCM Time Management system while ensuring high-quality service to clients. Ideal candidates will have a degree in Business or Technical fields and strong problem-solving skills. Excellent communication in multiple languages is a plus. SAP Time Consultant

You will be part of the team responsible for supporting and maintaining time management system and customer service activities (guidance, consultancy) ensuring that the service is accurate and timely. We are looking for a new collaborator located in Granada, Spain.

Responsibilities
  • SAP HCM Time Management activities for several clients related with the maintenance of the SAP HCM systems.
  • Update the SAP HCM Time Management system: create work schedule rules, update rules related with clock in and clock outs, creation of absences, attendances, quotas, manage modulation, overtime, allowances, error messages, etc.
  • Resolution of the issues reported by the client and configuration of evolutions (change requests).
  • Preparation and realisation of workshops with the client to define the solution to be implemented.
  • Analysis of the system to improve the execution time and to reduce the anomalies of each payroll.
  • Creation of technical specifications and functional documentation.
