Formación

• Proficient in managing electronic EHS systems, specifically Intelex.

As Senior Expert IT – EHS Systems you are responsible for the management of our electronic EHS System Intelex.

Responsibilities

• Manage the electronic EHS System Intelex.
• Support core business processes such as Incident Management, Audits & Inspections and Training Management.
• Manage interfaces to other systems like SAP or Power BI together with internal and external partners.
• Translate business requirements into a lean and smart technical solution to create an Industry 4.0 Digital Smart EHS and Quality Environment across our global network.
• Governance and guidance for rollout projects, validation activities and ongoing system enhancements.
• Coordinate tasks with our external service provider TCS as part of the outsourced run support.
• Organize and facilitate workshops, oversee configuration and customization of systems, work out test plans.
• Contribute to the creation of test scripts, test execution and training.
• Lead trainings and data migration activities, control global process and define efficient digital processes to transform the business into a future‑ready lean digital organization.
• Resolve critical or urgent incidents.
• Collaborate with other IT functions (Infrastructure, Applications, Security).
• Manage the development service in projects, monitor the realization of software configuration and perform quality control of deliverables.
• Closely collaborate with the Senior Expert Quality Systems who is in charge of our eQMS (Veeva) to identify synergies, best practices and system configuration or customization knowhow.
• Apply IT project methodology.
• Project management.
• Quality Management skills (as a plus).
