HCLTech is seeking an experienced SAP SuccessFactors Consultant to bolster its HR transformation initiatives in Spain. You will provide functional and technical support across multiple SAP SuccessFactors modules and partner with stakeholders to deliver scalable HR technology solutions.

Responsibilities include incident analysis, configuration, upgrades, reporting, and seamless integration with SAP and third-party systems in a fast-paced, global environment.

Formación

• 7-8+ years of experience in SAP HCM and/or SAP SuccessFactors consulting.
• Minimum 5 years of hands-on SAP SuccessFactors implementation and support experience.
• Experience in global or multinational environments.
• Proven track record supporting AMS and project-based engagements.
• In-depth experience with one or more SAP SuccessFactors modules: EC, RCM, RMK, Onboarding, PMGM, LMS, Workforce Analytics, FC Integrations.
• Integration knowledge using SAP CPI/Integration Suite, APIs, or middleware platforms.
• Data migration and validation experience.
• Advanced English communication skills (spoken and written).

Responsabilidades

• Deliver functional and technical support for SAP SuccessFactors modules (AMS L2/L3 incident analysis, troubleshooting, enhancements).
• Resolve end-user issues and manage tickets related to module configurations and permissions.
• Develop custom reports and analytics dashboards using SAP SuccessFactors reporting tools.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into scalable solutions.
• Support system upgrades, quarterly releases, and regression testing activities.
• Configure, maintain, and optimize SAP SuccessFactors solutions across multiple HR modules.
• Provide functional consulting, bug fixes, root cause analysis, and production support.
• Participate in all phases of project lifecycle: design, build, test, deployment, and hyper care.
• Work with cross-functional teams to integrate SAP SuccessFactors with SAP, Kronos, and third-party systems.
• Prepare workbooks, configuration documents, test scripts, and training materials.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives and process optimization.

Overview of the Role

As a SAP SuccessFactors Consultant , you will play a pivotal role in strengthening HCLTech's brand presence in Spain by delivering world-class SAP SuccessFactors solutions. You will be responsible for providing comprehensive functional and technical support, collaborating with business stakeholders, and driving ongoing system optimization and enhancements. Detailed Responsibilities

Skill Requirements

• Experience & Expertise 7-8+ years of experience in SAP HCM and/or SAP SuccessFactors consulting.
• Minimum 5 years of hands‑on SAP SuccessFactors implementation and support experience.
• Experience in global or multinational environments.
• Proven track record supporting AMS and project-based engagements.
• Functional Expertise In-depth experience with one or more SAP SuccessFactors modules: Employee Central (EC), Recruiting Management (RCM), Recruiting Marketing (RMK), Onboarding, Performance & Goals (PMGM), Learning Management System (LMS), Workforce Analytics/People Analytics, SuccessFactors Integrations.
• Technical Skills Integration knowledge using SAP CPI/Integration Suite, APIs, or middleware platforms.
• Data migration and validation experience.
• Strong troubleshooting and defect analysis capabilities.
• Experience in test planning and release management.
• Language Advanced English communication skills (spoken and written).

• Experience in global HR transformation programs.
• Knowledge of Agile and DevOps methodologies.
• Experience with ServiceNow, Jira, Azure DevOps, or similar tools.
• Background in the manufacturing, construction, or industrial sectors.
