OMODA & JAECOO Motors, parte del grupo Chery, busca un profesional para operar SAP S/4HANA, principalmente en SD o FICO, y brindar soporte diario, mantenimiento e resolución de incidencias. Se requiere al menos 3 años de experiencia en SAP S/4HANA, experiencia en integraciones externas (DMS, sistemas bancarios, 3PL) y fluidez en inglés.

Formación

• Licenciatura o superior en Informática, Tecnología de la Información, Sistemas de Información, Ingeniería o campo relacionado.
• Mínimo 3 años de experiencia en operaciones SAP S/4HANA, soporte de implementación o mantenimiento del sistema.
• Dominio de SAP SD o SAP FICO.
• Capacidad para soporte operativo de SAP, resolución de incidencias y trabajo diario.
• Experiencia amplia en integraciones con sistemas externos (DMS, banca, 3PL).
• Capacidad para identificar/analisar y resolver transmisiones de datos anormales e incidencias de interfaces.
• Experiencia en la industria automotriz (OEM o proveedor).
• Inglés fluido como idioma de trabajo; español es plus.
• Sentido de responsabilidad y orientación al servicio; capacidad de trabajar bajo presión.
• Capacidad para trabajar en entornos multiculturales y en múltiples zonas horarias.

Responsabilidades

• Operar y mantener SAP S/4HANA, especialmente SD o FICO, y resolver incidencias diarias.
• Proporcionar soporte operativo y resolver incidencias para mantener la estabilidad del sistema.
• Recopilar requisitos de negocio y coordinar mejoras e implementaciones.
• Monitorear y resolver excepciones en integraciones con sistemas externos (DMS, banca, 3PL).
• Colaborar con equipos internos y externos para integraciones con SAP (DMS, bancos, 3PL).
• Coordinar resolución de incidencias con usuarios, IT y proveedores.
• Apoyar la mejora continua de procesos operativos SAP.
• Comunicar oportunamente avances y impacto a las partes interesadas.
• Soportar pruebas, validación y seguimiento de cambios/actualizaciones SAP.
• Realizar tareas SAP adicionales asignadas por el departamento.

Key responsibilities

• Be responsible for the daily operation, maintenance, and issue resolution of SAP S/4HANA, particularly within SD or FICO modules.
• Provide operational support and troubleshooting for SAP system-related issues, ensuring system stability and business continuity.
• Gather business requirements from internal stakeholders, analyze operational needs, and follow up on implementation and completion.
• Monitor, identify, and resolve exceptions related to external system integrations, including abnormal data transmission and interface errors.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to support SAP integration with systems such as DMS, banking systems, and 3PL platforms.
• Coordinate issue resolution with relevant business users, IT teams, HQ teams, and external vendors where required.
• Support continuous improvement of SAP-related operational processes, documentation, and issue-handling procedures.
• Ensure timely communication with stakeholders regarding system issues, resolution progress, and business impact.
• Support testing, validation, and post-implementation follow-up for SAP changes, enhancements, or integration updates.
• Perform additional SAP operations, system support, or project-related tasks assigned by the department.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or above in Computer Science, Information Technology, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience with SAP S/4HANA operations, implementation support, or system maintenance.
• Strong proficiency in either SAP SD — Sales and Distribution — or SAP FICO — Finance and Controlling.
• Ability to independently handle SAP operational support, troubleshooting, and daily issue resolution.
• Extensive experience with external system integrations, including interfaces with DMS, banking systems, 3PL platforms, or other business systems.
• Strong ability to identify, analyze, and resolve abnormal data transmission and interface issues.
• Experience in the automotive industry, preferably within an OEM or automotive parts supplier environment, is required.
• Fluent English as a working language; Spanish is a plus.
• Strong sense of responsibility, service-oriented mindset, and ability to work under pressure.
• Ability to work effectively in a cross-cultural and multi‑time‑zone environment.
