Job summary

TD SYNNEX is seeking an experienced SAP SD Consultant to optimize the Order-to-Cash process and support a global SAP landscape. You will work with business stakeholders and cross-functional teams to design, implement, and support SAP SD solutions while exploring AI-enabled improvements.

The role emphasizes collaboration across Finance, Supply Chain, and Technology with a focus on continuous improvement and global initiatives. Hybrid work arrangement offered.

Qualifications

• 5-7 years of experience as an SAP SD Consultant or in a similar ERP consulting role.
• Strong hands-on experience configuring and supporting SAP SD solutions.
• Solid understanding of Order-to-Cash (O2C) business processes and their SAP integration.
• Experience with SAP ECC 6.7 environments; S/4HANA exposure is a plus.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to translate requirements into scalable technical solutions.
• Ability to collaborate in an international, cross-functional environment.
• Experience with AI, automation, or intelligent process optimization in ERP is advantageous.
• Fluent English is required; another European language is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead SAP SD delivery across all project phases: analysis, design, configuration, testing, deployment, and hypercare.
• Provide support for existing SAP template functionality and ensure system stability.
• Deliver enhancements, process improvements and defect resolutions aligned with business priorities.
• Analyze code and identify issues to accelerate development and troubleshooting.
• Partner with stakeholders to translate commercial and operational requirements into specs.
• Balance standard SAP capabilities with innovative solutions that drive value.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives across the Order-to-Cash process.
• Collaborate with cross-functional SAP teams (Finance, Supply Chain, Procurement, Technology).
• Share knowledge and provide transfer to support teams and external consultants.
• Contribute to global project initiatives and best-practice sharing.
