Job summary

Fusion Consulting seeks an experienced SAP System Architect with strong HR/HCM expertise to lead the design and implementation of the HR Mini Master (HRMM) within an SAP S/4HANA transformation. You will define the solution architecture and ensure effective integration with surrounding systems throughout implementation and deployment.

Qualifications

• Experience with SAP HCM/HR and HR master data.
• Experience designing or implementing HR Mini Master (HRMM) in SAP S/4HANA.
• Strong understanding of SAP HCM areas, PA and OM.
• Knowledge of SAP integration technologies (APIs, IDocs, web services, middleware).
• Ability to translate business requirements into end-to-end solution designs.
• Experience with Workday-to-SAP S/4HANA integration.

Responsibilities

• Define and own the solution architecture for HR Mini Master (HRMM) in SAP S/4HANA.
• Design HRMM solution based on business and technical requirements in S/4HANA.
• Design and oversee integrations between HRMM and SAP/non-SAP systems, including Workday integration.
• Translate requirements into scalable functional and technical designs.
• Collaborate with HR/HCM functional consultants and technical teams, providing architectural guidance.
• Support testing, deployment, cutover, and issue resolution.
• Review designs and maintain architecture documentation.
