Coforge is seeking a Project Manager specialist in SAP to become the Super Key User for Component Production, guiding the transition from the current ERP to a modern system in Madrid. You will own production process knowledge, lead process redesign, document workflows, coordinate with Production teams, ensure regulatory compliance, and strengthen production planning.

The role demands strong English, ERP experience, and a passion for continuous improvement, with close collaboration across

Formación

C1 English or equivalent.
Knowledge of industrial process management and plant operations.
Experience in ERP processes and consulting.
Valuable: previous experience in MRO or AMOS.
Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
Strong analytical mindset and continuous improvement orientation.

Responsabilidades

Understand component production processes and SAP ERP system.
Develop and redefine processes within the new ERP to improve repair workflow.
Prepare documentation for current and future processes, ensuring clarity and standardisation.
Validate and coordinate new solutions with Component Production teams.
Ensure workshop processes comply with regulatory requirements and quality standards.
Strengthen workshop production planning, including resource sizing and staff training.
